Four floors of handmade candles

The old distillery premises in Løten were once used to produce spirits, juice, and jam. Today, it is home to Løiten Lys with its 3000 sq. m shop spread over four floors. The handmade candles change in step with the seasons.

In addition, there is a range of speciality shops to explore; bookshop, antiques, gifts, fashion, interior, café, and more.

The building also serves as a stage for the one-man show “En Akevisitt” – the most performed theatre play in Norway. Join in a journey through the old production facilities at Løiten Brænderi, and explore the history of Løiten aquavit.
