Find peace and tranquillity at Budor

Located by the gateway to Hedmarksvidda, in Løiten Almenning, Budor is the perfect spot in which to enjoy nature and outdoor activities all year round – and get a good night’s sleep in one of the cottages, forest cabins, or apartments offered by Budor Hytteutleie.

Over 300 km of cross-country ski trails

Budor is the ideal base for cross-country skiing, and is the gateway to over 300 km of groomed trails. It is also renowned for its excellent snow conditions. In summer, there are cycling and hiking opportunities suitable for all.

Its alpine centre is popular and family-friendly, and features two ski lifts and five downhill runs. It also offers some of Norway’s best tobogganing, and has 75 toboggans available for hire. With its large play area, magic carpet for the very young, and ski lounge, it is ideal for families.

Skis, blades, and snowboards are available for hire.

Recently refurbished forest cabins

Discover the peace and tranquillity of the forest in the easy-to-reach Koiedalen with its collection of newly refurbished forest cabins, each telling its own story of life as a forest worker. In addition to cabins, a woodland shelter and play equipment, there is a network of gravel paths and an idyllic small lake to explore.
